You will never pay the diagnostic cost plus the full labor cost for that repair. You only pay the diagnostic cost when you chose not to have your system repaired.

Our technicians work on a queue system (i.e., first-come-first-served). Sometimes that is not fast enough. We provide the option for you to put your unit at the top of the list. This does not mean your unit will be completed that day, but it does mean that work will begin on it immediately.

When you can't make it to our store, we'll come to you. An on-site service call includes a $50 trip charge and $85 per hour. After the first hour we bill in six-minute increments. Additionally, if you prefer, we offer pick-up and delivery for all in-store services, within 30 miles of our store at the cost of $35 each way.
